In true Teutonic fashion, all individuals and kindreds maintain the right to govern themselves, but pledge to operate under the Raven Folk Rules and Aesirian Code of 9. This framework serves to cultivate the necessary conditions for many tribes to cooperate as a single Nation—through productive and honorable means.
